Administrator, Youth & Social Netball Development CoordinatorA dual role, the Nelson Nelson Netball Centre (NNC) Administrator is responsible for providing office support to enable smooth day-to-day running of the Netball Centre throughout the year. The NNC Youth & Social Netball Development Coordinator is responsible for delivery of our Social and Junior Netball programs.Coaches, Umpires and Technical Officials AdministrationEnsure an up-to-date register of qualificationsCommunicate courses, workshops and/or associated events and functions as instructed by the NNC GMGame AdministrationPrepare and publish game draws and resultsManage online registrations and systems for all competitions, events and workshopsEnsure game related information on NNC Website is accurate and up to dateCommunicationRegularly monitor all communication forums – email, messenger etc. Ensure these are kept up to date as neededCirculate communications to the netball communityAdministration of NNC VolunteersOversee the management of the volunteer database for all individuals who volunteer their time at NNCManage all police vetting for NNCMaintain the volunteer database for all individuals who volunteer their time at NNC, include contact information, skills, qualifications and previous experienceMaintain training recordsMaintain register of complaints from coaches, umpires and technical officialsRepresentative Teams AdministrationManage the administration of representative teamsEvent/Meeting AdministrationCoordinate administration tasks associated with training events, NNC events and meetingsWebsiteEnsure information on the website is up-to-date and accurate.Upload and update documents as requiredNetball DeliveryOverall accountability for the delivery of social netball programmesManage game day administration. This can be tasked to volunteersJunior Netball DeliveryLead the futureFERNS program at every level from Year 1 & 2's (4v4) progressing through to Year 3 & 4 (5v5), Year 5 & 6 (6v6) and onto Year 7 & 8 (7v7).
