Administrator - Service Department

Company Overview: Hawkes Bay Toyota is a large, successful, franchised motor-vehicle group with stores in Hastings, Napier, Gisborne, Rotorua, and Taupo.
Position Overview: Our Eastland branch is seeking an energetic, friendly, and driven person to join our Team in the Service Department.
You will greet customers and prepare the paperwork for when they collect their vehicles.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between our technicians and customers, playing an important role in the smooth operation and overall success of our workshop.
Qualifications: Previous experience in an administration or customer role (hospitality or retail experience is beneficial).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Great computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Positive and proactive attitude.
NZ Residency and a Full Drivers licence.
This is a full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday.
