Breast Cancer Foundation NZ are seeking fantastic Area Coordinators for our Pink Ribbon Street Appeal! As an Area Coordinator, you will oversee multiple sites within Gisborne and manage a team of volunteers to collect funds for BCFNZ on Friday 18th and/or Saturday 19th October 2024.
Over the appeal weekend you will distribute stock to your volunteers, troubleshoot any issues (should they arise) and bank the funds donated in your area.
We provide you with everything you will need for the role, including a detailed brief, access to a volunteer roster system, plenty of (pink!) stock, collection permits and banking materials.
Requirements:
• Enthusiasm and passion for the BCFNZ cause
• Great communication skills
• Driver's licence and access to a car
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
Time commitment:
Approximately 8am to 6pm on Friday 18th or Saturday 19th October, additional hours in the lead-up to the appeal
