About the Role We are looking for someone with administration and secretarial experience, good computer literacy, and the ability to work autonomously. Duties will range from general office administration, organising appointments, data entry, Dictaphone typing of clinical correspondence, and liaising with other hospitals, funding providers, service users, and GPs.
Our office hours are typically between 8.00 AM and 5.00 PM, Monday to Friday.
About the Team/Service/Location We are a regional Mental Health and Addictions service providing community and inpatient services to the Nelson Tasman and Marlborough areas. Find out more at https://www.nelsontasman.nz/ About You You will be a resourceful administrator/secretary with good communication and organisational skills, who is team-focused. It will be important that you enjoy the challenge of a busy office, are a competent typist, and maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and patient confidentiality. Experience with hospital management systems and knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous; however, training will be provided.
