Receptionist (Administration & Office Support) Salary: $53,820 per year, Pro Rata for Part Time hours
Here at Proactive, we're in the business of wellbeing. We deliver a holistic approach to clients so they can enjoy the freedom to participate fully and live successfully. As our Administrator/Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients in our Ellerslie Clinic.
Part-time: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday: 8am to 12pm Responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, you'll be meeting and greeting clients, supporting clinicians, taking payments, making bookings, managing referrals, running reports, ensuring client payments, and managing stock.
We work closely with ACC and you'll be dealing with a lot of confidential information, so a high degree of professionalism and maturity is a must.
We're a rapidly growing business with clinics throughout the country, so once you're up and running, there's certainly opportunity to add more to the business if you're keen, self-motivated, and show initiative.
Do you have what it takes? You'll be a natural people person, who gets a kick out of helping others. Administration experience, along with a great phone manner. Customer focused, empathetic, and a natural problem solver. IT savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly. A background in health would be a bonus.
