Key Responsibilities: To have overall responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the Clubs accounting software with Xero.To manage the provision of all administrative services, process invoices and payments through Xero and online banking on behalf of the club.Ensure that all income and expenditure is correctly identified and recorded for the Treasurer.To undertake administrative, financial and management tasks as may arise from time to time as directed by the Board and Operations or Golf Committees.To maintain accurate membership details on dotgolf and track members payments throughout the year. Key Skills and Attributes:   Competent with financial administration, including invoice management and basic bookkeeping Personable and organised  Self motivated


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
