Be part of a growing & innovative supply & install team Enjoy career progression with a company focussed on development Work in a supportive environment with competitive remuneration & benefits THE OPPORTUNITY Join Stratco's dynamic Christchurch team as an Administrator supporting our growing architectural cladding (Aluminium Panel Systems) supply and install operation. Working closely with the Sales Manager and the APS team, your responsibilities will involve invoicing, contract management, communications, and Health & Safety compliance. This role offers career development opportunities within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support to create and manage contract documents. Assist in handling customer maintenance requests and manage cost tracking. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Collaborate across departments to ensure clear communication on contract variations. Support Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures. Take initiative to handle additional tasks as needed.  ABOUT YOU Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven administrative experience with high accuracy and efficiency Ability to build manage priorities and build rapport with customers, contractors, and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Flexible, customer focused, and hands-on approach ABOUT STRATCO Stratco is a privately owned Australasian innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and home improvement products.
