Our client based in Bromley is a family owned and operated business with a large influence in the construction industry.
They have multiple business units under their umbrella, making them a one stop shop.
Their newest venture is within Foundations and the Civil construction space, they are currently after an administration superstar who has an interested in the construction industry and is keen to get stuck in!
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: - A supportive team with opportunities to grow - Ability to join a new business and be a part of the growth - Steady hours Monday-Friday 7:30-5pm  - A competitive salary  DUTIES: - Schedule jobs and ensure that these are organized in accordance with timeframes.
- Communicate with clients/customers/council and ensure that they are kept up to date with projects  - Maintain and upload progress notes and picture of projects  - Manage queries and assisting management of emails - General administration tasks eg raising PO numbers - Making the role you own, and providing the team with feedback on how to improve efficiency/workload with suggested systems/processes - Work with the other business units and assist whereas needed in the admin space.
- Ability to work with autonomy WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Past experience in the admin/project administration space.
- A great attitude - Good communication and organization skills - Ability to prioritize, plan and manage your workload - Reliable transport


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
