About the role A member of our team has moved on to work in their field of study so we are looking for a replacement. Working closely with the entire team, you will be providing assistance and support across the business. Key aspects of the role are to manage reception and office operation, database maintenance, sales documentation and records, building management, translation and related internal communication, in addition to general office assistance. There is also an IT support component if you have the interest and aptitude. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our company and is a key member of the team. Your responsibilities will include Management of reception, including mail, visitors and deliveriesPreparation of documents, spreadsheets, reports etcInvoice processing Sales database managementPurchasing office related suppliesBuilding managementStaging and defects inspectionsGeneral office management You will have A minimum 2 years relevant NZ experienceIntermediate or above experience in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and PowerPointThe ability to work both autonomously and cross-collaborativelyPersonal motivation, positive attitude and a desire to own your roleStrong attention to detail, able to focus on critical elements while remaining mindful of the big picture and deadlinesAn excellent standard of English and Mandarin, both written and spokenIt would be an advantage to have Adobe software experience – Photoshop, Illustrator etcAnalytical skills and experienceProperty Management skills and experience We are offering Interesting and varied projectsThe opportunity to develop your skills and broaden your experienceA positive working culture The position is full time.
