The RoleThe Administrator will provide effective support for the day to day operational needs of the office enabling the company to successfully and efficiently deliver required business outcomes.
You will require the ability to support multiple business requirements, prioritising conflicting demands and working as part of the wider team in a positive and collaborative manner.
You will be a vital part of the team supporting Tu Atea Network Services Limited companies and involved in: Office administration covering facilities, office supplies, couriers.
Business administration including arranging travel, meetings, events and general reporting.Supporting project and finance teams including project finance and documentation.Management of online portals, websites and media.Setting up training and managing training records.
Recruitment support and on-boarding of staff.
Supporting bid preparation to meet tender deadlines.
Preparation for trade shows and company events.

What you will bringAt least 2 years of successful experience in an administration role.
Experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other applications to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Self-motivated and push to exceed goals and improve performance, showing the ability to overcome obstacles.
Well-developed planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.Reliable and resilient, willing to accept responsibilities and be accountable for decisions.
Ability to build positive relationships within a team with a diverse range of people.
Good record keeping and report preparation skills.
Keen to undertake continuous training and development.
Current NZ driver license.
A tertiary qualification such as a degree or professional certification preferred.
