The role/Te mahi In this pivotal role as part of a wider administrative team within the Division of Commerce, you will provide essential support to undergraduate and postgraduate academic teaching staff as Administrator in the Department of Accountancy and Finance. Key tasks include teaching support, meeting administration, coordinating events, managing reception, and assisting with financial processes including purchase card reconciliation, reimbursements, purchasing and invoicing.
