The role/Te mahi In this pivotal role as part of a wider administrative team within the Division of Commerce, you will provide essential support to undergraduate and postgraduate academic teaching staff as Administrator in the Department of Accountancy and Finance.
Key tasks include teaching support, meeting administration, coordinating events, managing reception, and assisting with financial processes including purchase card reconciliation, reimbursements, purchasing and invoicing.

The appointment range for this role at Level 4 is $59,285 to $63,651.
Top of Range $68,744.
The Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions are remunerated at Level 5, with the appointment range $65,281 to $69,480.
