Administrator/Adviser Support - Financial Services FoxPlan is a Wellington based Financial Planning company and we are looking to fill an Adviser Support role.
You will be responsible for supporting a busy Financial Adviser/Director, and ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. You will be a confident person who can proactively manage inbound and outbound requests and queries – this is a busy role, and you will need an eye for detail. This is not a phone based role.
Key Tasks Include:
Client file and meeting preparation,
Updating and managing our CRM systems,
The right candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude to the role and be willing to learn about what we do. Full training will be provided.
