Our client prides themselves on providing their high-performing team with professional development opportunities, as well as the ability to work autonomously across active work, directly liaising with clients.They also pride themselves on their robust wellbeing policies, offering subsidised health insurance, a busy social calendar and community service initiatives, as well as flexible working arrangements for experienced candidates.Key Duties & Responsibilities:This role sits within a boutique private wealth team, providing legal and administrative support across a variety of matters related to family trusts, estate administration, and asset planning, giving you the opportunity to work collaboratively with property and business law professionals alongside your day-to-day work.On a daily basis, you can expect your key duties to include:Provide direct support to senior authors and professionals, including solicitors and legal executives.Manage inbound and outbound correspondence for solicitors, ensuring timely support for clients.Schedule appointments and diarise key events, liaising with all parties.Preparation of monthly billings, liaising with clients to answer queries and the trust account.Gather information and personal documentation to ensure compliance and tax requirements are met.Use legal software and spreadsheets to accurately track legal processes and applications, providing transparent and timely communication to clients and necessary parties.Draft letters and correspondence to clients, including official receipts of financial distributions and transactions.Use templates to prepare official client documents, including wills and enduring powers of attorney.Work collaboratively with appropriate legal professionals within property, business law, and personal disputes teams to ensure accurate records and handover processes.Attend industry events and support the team in facilitating conferences.Application Requirements:This role requires an exceptional administrator with 2+ years' experience in a busy private wealth team, or someone with robust experience in a similar secretarial or legal executive role with a genuine desire to make this position their own.A valid NZ working visa must be held for your application to be considered.Apply now to express your interest and arrange a confidential discussion with our team.
