About the role
Pacificomm is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team in Hobsonville, Auckland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our operations manager, ensuring management of stock holdings/movements for external stakeholders, value added servicing are completed to a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll be doing 1. Assist Sales Managers in meetings and workload.
2. Process customer reporting on customer portals and internally.
3. Assist in managing product range and MACDs for customers.
4. Product implementation and management with customers.
5. Key in all purchase orders into various systems with high degree of accuracy.
6. Submit workflow requests.
7. Manage inbound inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
8. Escalate any product issues through appropriate channels.
9. Assist with other customer service and administration teams queries as required.
10. Customer communication tools as required.
11. Process order cancellations and charges via Pronto and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy, seeking relevant internal and external approvals where required.
12. Process credits for customers.
13. Provide daily outstanding pending freight updates to the business.
14. Proactive examination and resolution of error reports liaising with internal and externals teams when necessary.
What we're looking for Self-motivated and self-aware with positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profit.Shows attention to detail and competent writer of business letters and emails. Is computer literate in Internet and email. Can understand basic business finance. Must be excellent face to face and telephone communicator.
