Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Administrative Coordinator to work remotely from home for Ross Stores in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members- Manage and update databases and filing systems- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication Requirements:- 2 years of experience in an administrative role- Proven track record of being motivated and able to work independently- Excellent critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred Benefits:- Profit sharing opportunities- Company-provided transportation- Life insurance coverage Working Environment:At Ross Stores, we encourage curiosity and questioning to fuel innovation and growth.
