**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role is required. Prior experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or project management tools are preferred.
- **Resourceful:** Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
