Remo Health is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in the United States, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs to ensure the smooth operation of our growing technology organization. Remo Health is dedicated to developing a new standard of dementia care, providing an expert clinical team to deliver personalized comprehensive care to patients and their families. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year. The candidate should be able to provide comprehensive administrative support, including creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:

Candidate must have at least 4 years of executive assistant experience.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Must have the ability to create, maintain, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Provide organizational support for correspondence, reporting, and coordination of recurring status.

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:

Facilitate internal communication within the technology organization.

Assist with budgeting forecasting and ad-hoc reporting requests.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Collaborative and service-oriented approach to working with others.
