The role We are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
This newly created role is a great opportunity for someone wanting to progress a career in a professional corporate environment.
The successful candidate will provide assistance to multiple teams in our Auckland office and the tasks will be many and varied.
Possessing the skills and attributes listed below is considered more important than work experience to date, as training for most tasks will be provided.
About you To succeed in this role you will have/be:  Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-taskExcellent communication skills including verbal, written and listeningA high degreee of accuracy and attention to detail A positive and motivated with a 'can do' attitudeA people person, with a cheerful friendly demeanour, keen to provide great customer serviceGood problem-solving capabilitiesAn ability to work well independently but also within a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteA high standard of personal presentation.
Responsibilities  Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:  Compilation and distribution of meeting packsTravel co-ordination from time to timeRelief reception (with some overlapping responsibilities)Database managementAssisting our Client Services team with a variety of tasks, including client withdrawals, updating client details, answering queries etc.Helping with company events when requiredSpecial projects.
