Great administration support opportunity with a client in the Government space! You will be supporting the Health Centre at the Northland Prison, no contact with prisoners - and certainly an interesting place to work at! If you have a great attention to detail this might be the perfect opportunity for you!Start date: ASAP until end of January 2025Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, usual business hours.Hourly rate: $28.70/hr + 8% holiday payResponsibilities:Primarily digitising health records and filing paper copies, as well as acting as a Health & Safety Representative for the department. Along with any other general administration duties that continue to add value to your role.Ideal candidate:We are looking for a capable, reliable individual with good computer skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong work output. You will be working with the Administration Team and Managers based at the Prison - with no prisoner contact.A unique environment and unique work content which requires high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.If you have previous experience in administration roles, take pride in your work, and are open to working in a Prison setting, make sure to apply!
