About the role | Mo te tunga This is a varied role with a wide range of duties. Your key responsibility will be to provide administration support to the Teams within the Prison. Other duties will include telephone support, filing, arranging AVLs, checking of incoming and outgoing prisoner mail and property, data entry, and general administration tasks required of the area you will be based. You will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively with your colleagues in a challenging and fast-paced environment. You'll be able to multitask, follow and adhere to strict policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a good all-round administrator, have a mature attitude, a sense of humour, and be willing to cross-train into all roles within the office. Lastly, a "can do" attitude! Please note this role is based inside the Prison. The salary range for this role is $62,217 - $65,934 pro-rata. The work profile for this position is Monday to Friday, working a 20-hour week.
