Our team facilitates internal and external stakeholder relationships, working in a trans-Tasman environment to provide excellent communications and advocacy.
Our team supports internal and external events and works collaboratively across College teams.
The Administration Officer's purpose is to provide administrative support for the Member Engagement and Support team in the Aotearoa New Zealand office.
Responsibilities include:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the CollegeAdmin support for SEO and team as required in preparation for committee meetings and eventsImmediate response for all incoming emails sent to ******Dispatch, receive and distribute mail and couriered itemsOrganise service calls for copiers, phones, faxes; maintain service records where requiredProcess & maintain office invoice recordsReport non-routine maintenance issues to the Executive Officer (Aotearoa NZ) & Building SupervisorAssist in the use of the Te Whanganui-a-Tara | Wellington Office facilitiesAssist with various administrative tasks for meetings, events, ASM's and workshops.Maintain a functional and tidy kitchen for the use of staff, members, and external clients as appropriate.Monitor building and equipment maintenance requirements; undertake stock keeping, order and distribute bulk stationery items and general office supplies for the Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington office and events.Due to the nature of the role, the role is required to be in the office 4 days per week, with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
