The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) is a not for profit, membership-based organisation leading the way in surgical performance, professionalism and patient care in Australia and New Zealand.
With service to our members at the forefront of our business, we support ongoing learning and development for our surgical workforce of more than 7,000 surgeons and 1,300 surgical trainees and Specialist International Medical Graduates.

About the role In this role you will support administrative and verification functions of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide member service and respond to inbound, outbound phone and online enquiries.
- Review submissions for participants selected to verify their annual CPD.
- Assist with reporting requirements for committees, boards and accrediting authorities.
- Update Professional Standards webpage and provide communications support as required.
- Participate and collaborate in internal/external meetings and other activities as required.
Skills and experience
- Experience in delivering high level customer service and support
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Experience in a similar position in an educational, healthcare of professional membership organisation (preferred)
