We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised professional passionate about supporting our business operations. As the Auckland Office manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the office is running effectively on a day-to-day basis. You will play a vital role in performing various financial, managerial and administrative tasks to ensure the office's operations run smoothly. This role requires precise attention to detail, along with the ability to be flexible, a creative problem solver and an ability to work collaboratively.
What your day will look likeCoordinate and manage workflow processes to ensure operational efficiency.Timely and accurate liaison with the leadership team/staff and vendors where required.Office supply replenishment.Liaison with vendors where office maintenance is required.Schedule meetings and appointments.Provide general support to visitors.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.Assisting with travel arrangements, car rentals and accommodation for staff.Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.Administration setup and configuration of SaaS Licensing.Work with the accounts department to prepare and process SaaS invoices accurately and on time, ensuring smooth financial transactions.Assist with Invoice queries related to licensing.What you need to fulfill the roleProven experience as an Administrator / Office Manager.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Well-developed interpersonal skills with a positive, diplomatic approach.Capacity to manage workflow priorities.Confident self-starter who enjoys problem-solving.Excellent working knowledge and experience of the full MS Office suite.Can always exercise judgement and discretion.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Accounting background would be beneficial.QualificationsHigh School certificate.(Optional) bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related field.(Optional) Experience as an office administrator or office manager.What we offerLunch 'n' Learn Sessions I Women's Network I LGBTQIA+ Network I Coffee Chat Roulette I Free English Lessons I Thinkproject Academy I Social Events I Volunteering Activities I Open Forum with Leadership Team (Tp Café) I Hybrid working I Unlimited learning.
