Administration Manager

Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Gaming Machine Association of New Zealand (GMANZ)We are looking for an efficient and flexible person to provide secretarial and administrative support to our organisations.The time commitment is anticipated to be 15 - 20 hours per month, there will be times when more is required particularly when organising member meetings and the AGM.Generally, this role is focussed on providing support to the Independent Chair and the Executive Committee.The person employed would be required to commit to organising and attending meetings every four weeks and taking and transcribing accurate minutes.There is a payment run for accounts due on the 20th of every month and occasionally invoices to be processed outside the normal payment cycle.A general knowledge of Xero would be useful.
