In this rewarding role, you will: Be responsible for administration needs to support a busy private training establishment. Assist with financial plans, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of workplace financial activities, payroll, and accounts. Liaise with learners, staff, and other key stakeholders including various cultural groups and backgrounds. Answer phones and man the reception desk. Effectively identify and escalate risks where appropriate and look for opportunities to improve operations. Deal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner. To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will bring: Full clean New Zealand driver's licence Strong computer and Microsoft skills Effective organisational, planning, and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Administration and coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience About Us Valley Education & Training is a private training establishment located in Kopu, Thames.
