Administration Manager - School of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the School Manager, the Administration Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational, resource maintenance and planning: Support the School Manager with reports, analysis, and advice for resource/operational planning in the School.
Manage people transactional activities and recruitment of staff: Work alongside the School Manager in recruitment and transactional activities of staff.
Management of Administration Staff: Manage staff reporting directly to this role.
Providing financial advice: Provide reports, analysis, and advice in all areas for the financial planning for the school.
Assist with Budgets: Assist with the preparation and management of budgets and projects in support of the School Manager.

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification relevant to this role or equivalent tertiary experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in management of a medium to large organization.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in a tertiary education environment.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $107,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
