Methven Advanced Feeds Limited – Timaru, South IslandAdvanced Feed is a purpose-built manufacturing feed mill, located in Methven, Mid-Canterbury. The mill specializes in the manufacture of freshly made, well-formulated fresh feed products for dairy, beef, sheep and deer farms.We have a vacancy for an Administration and Logistics Manager within our small team. The role is full-time and primarily sole charge, but you will also be working closely with the Production Manager and General Manager.The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and highly organized with an advanced understanding of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft computer products.Duties will include:Entering orders in the production systemLiaising with production and transport to dispatch ordersMonthly stock takeMonthly reporting on production figures to the General ManagerHealth & Safety record keepingSkills required for this role include:Outstanding Computer Skills, especially in Microsoft productsAdvanced level of Excel spreadsheet skillsExcellent Communication Skills - within a team and with customers and truck driversEnthusiasm and motivation, with a can-do, will-do positive attitudeAbility to work under pressureReportingData recordingMaintaining Health and Safety recordsWe invite anyone who feels they have the necessary skills to take on this role to apply by emailing Rona East at ****** include a CV with your application.Applications close at 5 pm, Monday 18 November 2024.
