We're looking for a service administration extraordinaire to take a newly created role as our next Customer Service Support. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering on operational processes related to Customer and Member queries, including job scheduling and management, accurate reporting, monitoring and adherence to health and safety best practices.
You'll play a key role in the delivery of several Laser Group Services projects, with a focus on providing great customer outcomes. You'll regularly engage with the Laser Members, Customers, and the Commercial Team to provide project administration support.

Relevant experience in an administration, project administration or customer services role
Trade industry experience would be a huge advantage
Be process-driven and proactive
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an interpersonal style
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
Be confident and resilient in approach with internal and external teams
High level of computer literacy including MS Office. Previous experience with simPRO job management software would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of New Zealand Health & Safety practices
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm) with the flexibility to start earlier if and when required. This role is based from our Head Office in Avondale, Auckland.
