Administration Coordinator - Meals On Wheels at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Te Matau a Maui Hawke's Bay, Hawkes BaySuccess is not the work of one, but the work of many. Location: Hawkes Bay Hospital Contract: Permanent, Part-time 40 hours per fortnight (0.5FTE) Korero mo te turanga | About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who excels in problem solving and thrives in a customer service focused environment to join us in our Nutrition & Food Service team as an Administrator for our Meals on Wheels service. Your main responsibility is to provide accurate administration duties for the MOW clients to enable the production and delivery of hot and frozen meals from the kitchen.
You will need to be self-motivated, energetic and results driven in this ever-changing environment. You will have a passion for making a difference and achieving results. Naturally, you will be able to recognise the needs, aims, and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a busy administrative role; healthcare experience is an advantage. You must be able to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.
We are seeking someone available to work 40 hours per fortnight, Monday – Friday.
