Permanent part-time position: 40 hours per fortnight
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm
Starting Salary: From $25.95 per hour, depending on experience

Situated in Ashburton, you'll hold a pivotal role within our close-knit team, collaborating closely with Service Managers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of general administrative tasks, including managing scheduling requirements for the department. This role promises a multifaceted array of tasks to keep you engaged and motivated.

Nga pumanawatanga ou | What you will bring

Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
Good attention to detail.
Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Accounts payable and scheduling experience is a plus.
