About the business Located in Parnell, we are a boutique fund manager.
About the role We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team and take on the role of Administration Assistant.
This role will suit someone who enjoys following strict processes and is good with numbers.
There are a variety of tasks including data entry, bank account reconciliation, compliance record keeping, file maintenance, and statement preparation and processing.
Responsibilities include: Data entryBank reconciliationsPayment processing Maintaining AML/CFT compliance records Preparation of monthly statementsMonthly reportingRecord keeping and file maintenanceProviding ad-hoc admin support where required Skills and experience About you: Good with numbersEnjoys following strict processesBanking/finance operations/Accounts administration experienceGood organisational skillsExperienced with ExcelDue to the nature of our business, there is no opportunity to work from home.
