You will work in a busy, fast-paced Emergency Department, ensuring exceptional service is received by our patients, whanau and community. This is a rostered and rotated position across a 24 hour, 7 day service, with afternoon, weekend and overnight night shifts required.This is a challenging but rewarding role where you will be able to make a difference within your community.Hutt Emergency Department (ED) is a level 4 emergency care service and sees approximately 80,000 patients a year. Generally it is at its busiest in the winter months. Patient acuity ranges from 'walking wounded' to life threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest and trauma.We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who excels in a customer service role, with experience in a high volume or high stress environment. Due to the nature of this role you must be flexible to work across the 24/7 roster.
