Mo to Matou Ropu About Our Team
You will be a part of the Business Operations and Risk Team providing administration assistance and support to Managers and staff in over 30 teams in Technology Services, Digital Health Services and Cyber Security.
Be part of a cohesive team with a great culture to provide both comprehensive and confidential administrative support.
Te Whiwhinga Mahi The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of work including on small projects and assisting the wider healthAlliance team.
You will assist with the coordination of communications, inductions, culture & engagement activities, meeting co-ordination & minutes, project resource planning and internal office relocations.
Other duties will include processing purchase orders, dealing with travel, seminar and conference applications.
Nga Pukenga me nga Wheako Skills & Experience

Ideally you will have had administrative experience within a large, complex organisation
Excellent computer literacy skills particularly across the Microsoft Office Suite
A good understanding of IT terminology
Professional, proactive and able to delivery focused
Effective planning and prioritising skills
