Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support) The role is based in Mt Cook in a small company with 7 people, and will suit someone who understands and accepts that no two days or jobs are the same. This role requires precise attention to detail, along with the ability to be flexible, a creative problem solver, and the ability to work collaboratively. This job is part-time, 30 hours per week. Ideally, you would work Mon-Fri, 9am-2.30pm. Key tasks Financial operations including: Payroll including leave management Project reconciliations Accounts payable and receivable Processing of bank statements & cash flow Liaising with the company accountant to provide monthly and annual requirements Maintaining a comprehensive filing system for project records & specific administrative requirements, including regularly loading project data into the database Communications - first point of contact for initial phone calls & emails, and regular liaison with clients & suppliers General office management and administration Be the glue that holds the team together! What you'll bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong financial understanding with the ability to work with Toulouse's internal systems Confidence using Apple Mac computers and software A proactive self-starter mentality and can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go that extra mile A comprehensive job description is available for the appropriate candidates.
