Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)The role is based in Mt Cook in a small company with 7 people, and will suit someone who understands and accepts that no two days or jobs are the same. This role requires precise attention to detail, along with the ability to be flexible, a creative problem solver, and the ability to work collaboratively.This job is part-time, 30 hours per week. Ideally, you would work Mon-Fri, 9am-2.30pm.Key tasksFinancial operations including: Payroll including leave managementProject reconciliationsAccounts payable and receivableProcessing of bank statements & cash flowLiaising with the company accountant to provide monthly and annual requirementsMaintaining a comprehensive filing system for project records & specific administrative requirements, including regularly loading project data into the databaseCommunications - first point of contact for initial phone calls & emails, and regular liaison with clients & suppliersGeneral office management and administrationBe the glue that holds the team together!What you'll bringStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong financial understanding with the ability to work with Toulouse's internal systemsConfidence using Apple Mac computers and softwareA proactive self-starter mentality and can-do attitudeAbility to work under pressureExcellent customer service skills and willingness to go that extra mileA comprehensive job description is available for the appropriate candidates.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have in an Administration Role?How many years of accounts payable experience do you have?How many years of payroll experience do you have?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
