The role is 34 hours per week (open to discussion).You will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting HR functions, and handling essential finance and accounting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining an efficient and compliant office environment.You will hit the ground running as you will be stepping into the business at a busy and exciting time. No two days are the same.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts receivables and payables ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.Assist with monthly journals, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.Support the preparation and tracking of budgets, ensuring financial processes are efficient and accurate.Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.Oversee fortnightly payroll.HR Administration:Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, and training to offboarding.Manage employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Respond to employee HR-related queries, providing guidance and assistance as needed.Assist in the coordination of employee benefits and performance reviews.Office Operations & Management:Oversee and manage general office operations.Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office function.Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.Assist both directors with day-to-day tasks.Oversee Marketing for the company.Why Work with UsAt Enovate Limited, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth and expansion with the upcoming opening of our satellite office in Tauranga.
