Responsible for the overall administration for the Centre.Organize meetings and meeting minutes - internally (coordinator and staff, etc.)Administrative Support to the Regional Service Delivery Manager Social workers, case workers and refuge coordinator for the day-to-day.FundingSupport the Regional Refuge Service Delivery ManagerNational Funding Supervisor to set up fundraising targets.Assist in achieving the target throughout the year.ReportingProvide support to the Funding Supervisor to complete Accountability reports, Monthly reports.Annual reports, and Accident/emergency reports.Submit reports to Regional Refuge Service Delivery Manager and National Office as required.Organization Marketing, Promotions & NetworkingIn conjunction with Head Office, work on Marketing & promotional plans for the organization.Quality AssuranceConduct EvaluationSupport the Accounts team to prepare for the Annual Audit or any other Audit required by the Head OfficeEvents ManagementAssist in organizing AGM and take initiative in organizing events during International Women's Day, any campaign or events Nationally or locally.Finance & BudgetWork closely with Finance and Accounts team while administrating the finance & budget for the Centre.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:Having 2 years of Business Administration ExperienceExperience working in the domestic violence sector.Have experience working with NGOsHave Excellent Writing.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.Ability to speak either Asian, any Indian or an African language fluently.Knowledge of work-place safety.Have Full driving license (compulsory)Have own vehicle (compulsory)Quick learner.Functional relationships within the organization:Regional Refuge Service Delivery Manager, National Management Team, Social worker, Case Worker, Support Worker, Counsellors, Lawyers, and Volunteers, interns, student placements and other units of Shakti. This role reports to the Regional Refuge Service Delivery Manager.Interactions outside the organization:Ethnic communities, NCIWR member refugees, clients, other community service providers, health providers, funders and educational Institutes.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
