Salary: 7-8MU depending on experience
Due to a valued member of our senior leadership team taking up a study scholarship for 2025, we have an exciting leadership and career development opportunity commencing at the start of term 1, 2025 or by negotiation.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in leadership and, ideally, whole school responsibilities in a secondary school context. Strengths in supporting equity and excellence amongst vulnerable akonga would be an advantage, including oversight of Gifted and Talented programmes and celebrating success through talanoa and hui.
The role includes working with external agencies in existing relationships. The successful candidate would also be proactive in identifying opportunities to retain students and support them on their learning journey.
