Accounts Support

Our supportive, dynamic client is seeking an Accounts Support professional to join their team in Auckland CBD.
This temporary role (3 months) involves managing aged debt balances, providing excellent client support, and contributing to a vibrant team environment.
About the Role Communicate effectively with clients via phone to follow up on aged debt balances.
Offer tailored solutions and discounts to clients as necessary.
Assist with accounts-related tasks, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (preferred).
Utilise Salesforce to log cases and track client interactions.
Collaborate with the credit control team on any failed payments.
About You Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in following up with clients regarding aged debts.
Accounts-related experience, particularly in Accounts Receivable, is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Dimensions Bookkeeping is advantageous.
