Job Description:
Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:1. Process and post customer payments2. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted3. Follow up with customers on overdue invoices via phone or email4. Generate and send out invoices to customers5. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances or inconsistencies6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions8. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable9. Prepare reports on the status of accounts receivable for management review
Requirements:1. No prior experience required2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines4. Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues5. Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and identify trends6. Reliable and trustworthy7. Must have a computer, internet access, and a dedicated workspace to work from home
