Fixed Term - Maternity Cover Part-Time - 24 hours per week The Opportunity: Apply your large organisation / high-volume Accounts Receivable Officer experience to support our large organisation's Finance team.
Report directly to our Credit Controller and work on a hybrid basis at our modern Mt Wellington office.
This is a fixed term part-time (24 hours per week) position to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of receipting customer payments and bank reconciliation.
Assist the credit controller by reviewing and processing customer credit applications on a timely basis and generating monthly customer statements.
Perform tasks to meet month-end deadlines for accounts receivable.
Respond to queries from customers, branches, and suppliers in relation to Accounts Receivable.
About You: To hit the ground running, you will need to meet the following key requirements: High volume Accounts Administration experience in a large organization.
Strong organizing and time management skills.
Good English communication and polite customer service skills.
Fast & accurate data entry with high attention to detail.
Good computer skills - Excel and experience using accounting software (advantageous if you have Tech One experience).
