Accounts Receivable Manager - Snells Beach Are you an Accounts Receivable Manager with broad experience across customer management, cashbook, and debt collection?

We are a busy team based out of Snells Beach looking after a truly nationwide company.
We have 6 branches across New Zealand specializing in commercial kitchen extraction systems and other at-height work.
This role takes ownership of our Accounts Receivable function, which encompasses everything from onboarding customers to overseeing invoicing and statements, daily cash book reconciliation, through to debt management and escalation.
At times, this role will also cover our Office Manager for Payroll and/or Payables.
You Will: Have a confident and proactive telephone manner Be able to communicate with ease with both staff and clients Work efficiently and produce accurate reporting Be confident in your financial processes and not afraid to make changes to our processes when needed Have experience in cashbook reconciliations and have the critical thinking required to assign customer payments Be experienced in invoicing customers and completing paperwork Be able to work confidently in Microsoft 365 programs: Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
You have: A professional and approachable manner An ability to work to deadlines The legal entitlement to work in New Zealand AND be already in NZ.

Please note this is primarily an office-based role.
Although currently based in Snells Beach (10 mins from Warkworth), in approximately 18 months we will be moving to a new purpose-built premises in Silverdale.
