**Key Responsibilities:** - **Invoice Generation and Processing:** - Create and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure the proper coding of invoices and necessary documentation is included to facilitate smooth processing.
- Communicate with departments to gather required information for invoice processing.
- **Payment Collection and Reconciliation:** - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate follow-ups.
- Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments, fostering positive relationships while maintaining professionalism.
- Assist in reconciling accounts, ensuring that payments and invoices match, and resolving discrepancies.
- **Customer Support:** - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding invoice statuses, account balances, and payment processes.
- Offer solutions to clients experiencing payment challenges while maintaining the company's guidelines.
- **Reporting and Documentation:** - Maintain organized financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Generate regular accounts receivable reports for management, outlining the status of collections, outstanding invoices, and trends.
- **Collaboration and Team Support:** - Collaborate with other finance team members to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the accounts receivable function.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance overall departmental performance.
- **Learning and Development:** - Engage in continuous learning opportunities offered by the company, including training programs related to accounts receivable practices and financial management.
- Familiarize yourself with HP's financial systems and software to increase your proficiency in financial data handling.
**Qualifications and Requirements:** - **Educational Background:** - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
