Accounts Receivable - Permanent We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Accounts Receivable employee to join the McAlpine Hussmann team based in Mt Wellington.
The role: The primary function of this role is to ensure our customers make payment for goods and services in line with agreed terms, ensure the accurate and timely recording and reconciliation of transactions in the company's systems and to resolve any discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. The role will include daily bank statement processing and reconciliation, allocation of payments per remittance, engage with customers and internal stakeholders on out-of-term invoices, doubtful debt analysis and provisions, credit check new customer account requests.
Key Skills required for this role: Highly organized with good time management, great communicator. Self-motivated and performance-driven with the ability to resolve queries relating to invoices, remittance and payments, You enjoy communicating and are not shy to pick up the phone. Previous applicable experience in Accounts Receivable or general all-purpose accounts support Intermediate Excel skills, SAP experience will be a bonus but is not mandatory, Ability to pick up new systems quickly, An eye for detail in numbers and systems, Good written and verbal communication skills.
