Exciting Part Time (30 hours per week) Opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator - Join a Close-Knit Team in Porirua!
This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator at a well-established organization.
The Role:Take the lead in the Accounts Receivable function and provide general support across payroll, accounts payable, and expense management.
This is a part time role - 30 hours per week.
Location: Porirua Office with free onsite parkingPay Rate: $30 per hour + 8 % holiday pay accruedFlexible Hours: Flexible start and finish times, with the possibility of 1-2 days WFH after onboardingChristmas Closure: December 20 - January 6ASAP start for 6 months Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable: Oversee AR tasks, including issuing invoices, recording payments, and managing overdue accounts.Financial Support: Assist in transaction entry, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements.Expense & Payroll Support: Monitor expenses, prepare reports, and assist with payroll processing.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Office Coordinator and Accountant to provide low-level accounting support.Health & Safety: Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment and adhere to all company policies.Ideal Candidate:Our client is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Accounts Receivable Administrator who thrives in a supportive, tight-knit team environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general financeProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsExperience with Xero or IMS Payroll (desirable but not essential) Be part of the hive: one application, many opportunities.
