Why you will love this role: You'll be working across well recognised brands in New Zealand and supporting our retail accounts payable team. As well as managing the workflow of the team to ensure processing and payments are made in a timely basis, there are many other tasks that provide both variety and challenge to the role. You'll deliver the following in the role: Positive and proactive leadership to the team. Management and delivery of the accounts payable function, accurately, efficiently and on time. Complete weekly, 20th and end of month payments and ensure overseas payments and invoice processing is completed in a timely manner. What you will bring to the role: You will be fun, real and professional with huge energy and determination and can demonstrate the following: At least 4-5 years in a senior accounts payable role, ideally with previous leadership experience. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of NetSuite and Oasis is an advantage. Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work at pace, set priorities and meet the requirements of the business. A growth mindset of continuous improvements and a curiosity to go beyond the status quo.
