Accounts Payable/Purchaser

We are looking for an awesome temporary Accounts Payable Officer who will report to the Accounts Services Team Manager.
Job Details:

Temporary assignment
Lower Hutt location
Competitive hourly pay

Your duties will include:

Preparing suppliers payment runs
Setting up new supplier set ups for purchasing
Processing, reconciling and paying refunds

Skills/experience required:

Accounts payable experience
Strong relationships with stakeholders
Understanding of legislative requirements incl GST
Strong skills in Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Experience with, and the ability to quickly learn new financial accounting software
Ability to quickly and efficiently pick up new tasks/processes
An empathetic and caring nature
