Responsibilities: Inputting all invoice data for processing Setting up new suppliers Processing daily and one-off payment batches Handling queries from FMG employees and suppliers Providing back-up support to the Financial Management team as required As our ideal candidate, you will: Be adaptable and able to embrace change Thrive working in a team environment Be a highly organised individual with excellent time management skills Have the ability to meet deadlines Have accurate data entry skills and an uncanny eye for detail We use TechOne as our finance tool, so if you have experience using this, that's a bonus!Your flexible "can do" attitude will have you well placed to support continuous process improvement.
