Accounts Payable /Office Administrator - Intermediate - Civil Construction Traffica Roading Services is a Civil Construction Company specialising in Land Development, General Civil Construction, Street Lighting, Traffic Signals and Utility Installation works.

We are recruiting for a solid and proven Accounts Payable -Intermediate to Senior level with Admin Support Experience based out of Takanini Depot.
Full ownership is required; our numbers matter.
We require a self-starter, organized, responsible and mature individual who can be both diligent in their work and 100% confident and accurate with numbers, but also meet, greet and support our Staff, Suppliers and Clients alike in a friendly down-to-earth manner.
This is a busy role, front of desk and suits a multitasker.
We are a results-driven Company and whilst not everyone can be the same, we do align with people who take pride in their work, from our concrete labourers, STMS, Project Managers, Truck Drivers right through to Senior Management.

The Skills and experience Required are:
Manage and be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process (EOM AP & Reconciliation)
Experienced in Xero, Project Management tools & databases, such as Workflow 2 – (WorkFlow Max), Everlink, iPayroll, understands Purchase Orders, Actual Job Costs and Various Portals. H&S App – Site App etc.
Must have a broad understanding of emerging technologies
Entering and checking weekly timesheets - soon to be digitalised
Providing admin support to Project Managers, Queries, Pricing, Dockets, Claims
Responsible for ordering and replenishing office necessities
Maintaining accurate PPE Register and distributing PPE to all staff – includes morning as and when required and larger uniform rollouts
Field, record and escalate and follow up on any inquiries from Clients, Suppliers and General Public
General Reception work, Meet, Greet, Sign in, prep for Meetings etc.
Qualifications and Requirements
Accounting or Business Degree or Qualification and/or teamed with 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
Have a strong sense of time management and ability to prioritise workloads
Skills, Competencies and Knowledge
Strong work ethic and honesty
Strong organization skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive manner
Ability to relate to all staff in a modest and unpretentious manner
Competitive salary offered to the right candidate – preference given to experience within Construction or Trade sectors.
